  • What are regular working hours?
    Our website is open 24/7 and our customer service is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
  • Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?
    Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address. When placing your order, you have the option to set your shipping address and billing address. These can be the same or different.
  • Can I place an order by phone?
    No, we don’t process orders by phone. We strive to provide secure, fast, and accurate order processing, however, if you need any support or have any questions, we will be more than happy to assist you, please contact us here.
  • What payment methods are accepted online?
    At the moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • How can I make sure you received my order?
    As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, don't hesitate to contact us. We will confirm if the order was taken by the system and send you another email with the order information.
  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

  • What are your warranties?

  • Do you offer installation services?
    No, we do not offer installation services. You can find installation instructions, specs, and templates on each product page, check the section “documents to download” for each product.
  • Is it possible to pickup my order at your warehouse?
    Yes, you can pickup your order at the distribution center or warehouse selected when placing your order.
  • Can someone else come and pickup my order?
    When placing an online order, you may name another person to collect it for you. That individual must be at least 16 years of age. For security reasons, it is important to show printed evidence of your order confirmation and a valid government-issued picture identification when collecting your order.
  • Once I placed my order, how long do I need to wait to pick it up?
    For orders placed during working days and before 2:00 PM EST, you can pick up your order as fast as 3 hours after the order was placed. Warehouse pick up hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • When will I get my order? is strategically located in Ontario, which allow us to reach the furthest Canadian provinces within 5 business days. Orders in Ontario and Quebec are delivered within 1 business days in most cases. Typical ground shipping times: BC/AB: 4-5 business days SK/MB: 3-4 business days ON/QC: 1-2 business days NB/NS/PE/NL/YT/NT/NU: 3-5 business days In USA: Orders to USA are normally delivered within 7 business days for the West and Central USA and within 4 business days for East USA.   • How can I track my order?
    You should receive a confirmation order email with the tracking number and currier information.
  • What happens if my order gets damaged in transit?
    Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within three days of the item's arrival. customer service will provide a satisfactory solution for the customer. Please take pictures of packaging and damage, do not discard any damaged product as may be required to complete the insurance claim.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    In Canada: offers FREE shipping within Canada (except Northwest Territories) for orders over $49 (before tax). In USA: offers FREE shipping for 23 Eastern States for orders over $49 CAD before tax (See our shipping policy for details) for orders from other US states there is a shipping fee of $39 CAD.   • Do you offer exchanges?
    For exchanges, please initiate a return of the product you have received (Must be within 30 days of the transaction) then place a new order for the item you want to keep, when the return is completed you will receive a full refund, if the exchange is due to customer preferences, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, alternatively customer can drop product at the warehouse.
  • What is your return policy?
    RETURN POLICY To provide our customers with the flexibility and confidence to shop online, our return policy is 30 days. If opened, items must be unused and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved via email, before being shipped back to our warehouse or returned in person. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT If the product is defective, covers the cost to return the product and any replacement shipment. We will send you the correct product as soon as possible. CUSTOMER'S PREFERENCE If the customer changes their mind will get a full refund except for return shipping costs as long as the product is returned in brand new original conditions. The customer will cover the cost of the return shipment, this cost will be deducted from the refund once the product is returned. NON- RE-SELLABLE All returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition. The product must be free from scratches and/or defects. The product must not have been installed.
