All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back to our return facility.  Please fill out the form below to start your return process.

1. Damaged Product

If the order arrived damaged or defective. Send to 2 pictures that show the defect or damage.

2. Customer changed their mind

If the return is due to a personal decision. Add the SKU and QTY that need to be returned.

3. Missing Item

If your order or product is missing an item. Add the SKU and QTY of the missing item.

4. Wrong Item 

If you received the wrong item. Add the SKU and QTY of the wrong item.

Please fill out the form above with the information requested. Please state the reason for the return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase.

Sinksdirect.ca will reply within two business days with the approval of the return request.

Depending of the reason for returning, Sinksdirect.ca will provide instructions of how to perform the return.

Once product is received and inspected, Sinksdirect.ca will issue a refund and deduct return shipping cost (if applicable)

It may take up to two weeks to complete the return process and get the refund on your credit card statement.
