Shipping Cost

For orders over $49 (before taxes), we offer free shipping within Canada. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Sinksdirect as your preferred shopping destination.

For orders under $49 (before taxes), we charge a flat fee of $19 for all orders shipped within Canada, regardless of the size or weight of the order.
Please note that we do not offer shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon Territory at this time.
Shipping Methods Available

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping to all regions within Canada. This shipping method is reliable and affordable, with delivery times ranging from 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Pickup in Warehouse (Cambridge, ON): To arrange for a pickup, simply select the "Pickup in Warehouse" option during checkout.
Delivery Time Frame:
SinksDirect.ca is strategically located in Ontario, which allow us to reach the furthest Canadian provinces within 5 business days. Orders in Ontario and Quebec are delivered within 1 business days in most cases.

Order Processing Time

We process and ship all orders placed before 12pm (EST) on the same day. This means that your order will be on its way to you as soon as possible.

For orders placed after 12pm (EST), we will ship them on the next business day. This allows us to process your order with care and make sure that it is accurately packed and ready for shipment.
Tracking Information

Every order shipped from Synks Direct is assigned a unique tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your order and know exactly when it will be delivered.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. This email will also include instructions on how to track your order online.
International Shipping
