Return Policy

To provide our customers with the flexibility and confidence to shop online, our return policy is 30 days. If opened, items must be unused and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved via email, before being shipped back to our warehouse or returned in person.

If we made a mistake with your order, the return shipping is on us and we will send you the correct product as soon as possible.  Likewise, the processing fees will be refunded. If the customer changed their mind, the processing fee is non-refundable. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and are reflected in your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee. The date on which you placed your order is used to determine the return time frame. Sinks Direct is not responsible for products that are returned without prior approval.

All returns whether being shipped to our warehouse or delivered in person must be pre-approved by email. Please start the return process by replying to your order confirmation email at . Returns, not exchanges.

We do not offer exchanges. If you are looking for another size or color, place a new order through our website, and then initiate your return, following the return process explained above

Shipping your returns.

All returns must be shipped back in the original condition. Please put your product in an appropriate and protective shipping box or envelope and affix the shipping label to this package. Please do not affix postage labels, place packing tape, or write addresses directly on the product packaging. Doing this may disqualify your items for a refund and you may be responsible for return shipping charges. is not responsible for products that are returned incorrectly or damaged during transit.


To return in 6 simple steps:

  1. Apply for a return request via email to

  2. Once approved, follow the instructions sent to your email.

  3. Re-pack your return appropriately (see above). We may provide the return label.

  4. Ship the package back to the address provided.

  5. Product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team

  6. Refund is issued to the original form of payment; it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (If applicable)
