If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly service, replace or accept a return of the merchandise. We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Product should be unused and still in its original packaging.
If the product is defective, SinksDirect.ca covers the cost to return the product and for any replacement shipment
Customer will get full refund except shipping cost as long as product is returned in brand new original conditions. The customer will cover cost of both outbound and return shipment, this cost will be deducted from the refund once the product is returned.
All returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition. The product must be free from scratches and/or defects. The product must not have been installed. You must have the original packaging for the item. There cannot be any writing on the original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product you’re returning is defective or damaged. Taxes on Canadian orders are fully refundable
SinksDirect.ca is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. In addition, we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.
DAMAGED GOODS / MISSING PARTS
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within three days of the item's arrival. SinksDirect.ca customer service will provide a satisfactory solution for the customer.
Please take pictures of packaging and damage, do not discard any damaged product as may be required to complete the insurance claim.
