30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase as long as they are:

Unused and uninstalled

In original, undamaged packaging
All returns must be approved by email before being sent back or dropped off.

Carefully repack the item (return label may be provided)

We receive and inspect the item

Your refund is issued (return shipping deducted if applicable)
When We Cover Return Shipping
If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item or if your product arrived damaged, we’ll take care of the return shipping and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide the item isn’t right for you:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable if an order is cancelled

A restocking fee may apply in some cases
Refund Timing

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refunds go back to the original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account
Items returned without approval or damaged during return shipping may not qualify for a refund.

Once approved, we’ll email you the next steps.
Returns Only (No Exchanges)
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, simply place a new order on our website and return the original item following the steps above.
Packaging Your Return
To ensure your refund is processed smoothly:

Pack the item securely in a protective shipping box or envelope

Do not place labels, tape, or write directly on the product’s original packaging
Improper packaging may result in damage during transit and could affect your refund eligibility.
Open Box Items
Items marked Open Box are final sale and not eligible for return.
